I have a shed. Its need repairing. Our garden is located in front of
neighbours garden. If I am doing some repairing to the shed , do I need
to notify other neighbours in advance.?. I really appreciate if anyone

I'd say no, but might be polite if you will be making a mess/noise that might impact them using their garden etc?1

On the whole, I would agree with the other responses. You don't legally have to, but a friendly 'I'm repairing my shed on [date of intended repair], it might be a bit messy/noisy - just to let you know' does help in maintaining neighbourly relations
Also, if you're doing it at the weekend, don't start at the crack of dawn. It never goes down well2024 Fashion on the Ration - 10/66 coupons used
