Kindle Fire for Kids - would like to backup videos onto my computer, not onto Amazon Photos

So i have 2 Kindle Fire Kids tablets, 2 kids who take lots of videos and an inability to copy the videos to my computer.
The Amazon Photos app has a limit of 5gb for videos (infinite for pics) and I'd like to copy these over to my computer so I can upload them to onedrive (which has gigs of free space).
Now, I can't for the life of me work out how to do to this. I can see my "internal files" but the files appear to be hidden (?) even with all hidden folders showing.
How can i do this please as there are lots of precious videos my kids I'd love to save for posterity?

Feb 2012 - onwards MF achieved
September 2016 - Back into clearing a mortgage - Was due to be paid off in 32 years in March 2047 -
April 2018 down to 28.00 months vs 30.04 months at normal payment.
Predicted mortgage clearing 03/2047 - now looking at 02/2045
Aims: 1) To pay off mortgage within 20 years - 2037
September 2016 - Back into clearing a mortgage - Was due to be paid off in 32 years in March 2047 -
