The op has related a serious problem and asked for advice. I cannot understand why anyone would have a do at him for doing this. It really puts me off MS at times, people really do get up in a bad mood.
Op I hope you get this sorted and yes it would certainly put me off Currys. Next time you have a complaint, take a secret tape recorder, it cannot be used in evidence - as they say...but it's darn good for backing up exactly what was said to a newspaper if necessary.0 -
thanks for all replies please note that I stated that I was loud I was never abusive to any member of staff however they did not want any other customer knowing that I had had a problem. as for the member who stated that it was my fault for having my card declined please read the original they took two payments so the first could not have been declined. I did contact currys customer services by phone who told me that they could not deal with this problem and that I had to go to the store in person. If the manager had been more proactive in the first place then the situation could have been resolved quicker but he did not seem to see why I wanted my money back and why I could not wait the usual 5 days.0
