Perhaps your readings are just more accurate. Remember before smart meters they bill you whenever you provide a reading, but with smart meters you just get a monthly bill, so it's probably at a different time to your direct debit date. Just increase your direct debit if you're concerned.stef73 said:I'm with octopus my bills have also gone from always in credit to in debit , I think they have maybe changed the date they issue bills ?
