Sorry to jump on this, i have got a CCJ due to drop off on the 15th and i am ready and waiting to try get a AIP for a mortgage, i wonder how long after that the CCJ will come off so can apply . its been a long 5 years and 50 weeks. was hoping as it is a bit more official it might come off my report instantly0

It should be instant - but I would wait for the sake of a couple of weeks for my updated 'free' credit reports to update (the credit karma/clearscore etc) so that it's clearly no longer there.
