Pipex Phone Charges

Can anyone help?

I have my home phone through Pipex with my broadband. I moved house a year ago but renewed my Pipex account and kept the same telephone number. Since then they have not charged me for my phone calls!

I have tried several times to sort this anomaly out with Pipex but they have still failed to bill me for the cost of my calls. Is there a time limit on how long they can get their money back as my bill will be fairly hefty by now!
