After furlough

I have worked for a company for 9 years on zero hours.    On average 90 hours a month.     I have been on furlough since March 2020    I cannot see me being offered an hours as the business has decreased.     Am I entitled to redundancy

Many thanks

If your job is declared redundant then if you are classed as a employee you would be entitled to redundancy money. If you are classed as a worker, you are not.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales
  • I am an employee but on zero contract hours

Then if your employer decides your role is redundant, then you would be entitled to redundancy pay

If the OP is on zero hours contract, they can just be given zero hours.  Employer can avoid making redundant.

Please advise if I missed something here.

No, but a ZHC employee still has a right to redundancy payment, if his role is declared redundant by his employer. But of course the canny employer simply offers no work, or just the odd hour now and again
