Hermes terrible dismal bad none existent customer service

Hermes lie and say they have collected parcel when it is sat in my hallway. It has now been a week and despite being promised collection yesterday- nothing! No collection, no communication, NOTHING! Im told it will be collected today, yet tracking shows it already has??? Holly is beyond useless for anything other than a straightforward enquiry, as is the customer service number, which just cuts me off. Seriously just use another carrier, Hermes are getting worse and worse. depot or delivery is claiming for collections when they haven't been collected... There are no ways to speak to an actual person, It seems the whole place is ran by automated robots. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Yes as per multiple identical posts on MSE .Dont believe Holly is actually real probably a bot .its the old story Caveat Emptor , buyer beware and do your research first .0
