Help with restocking fee please

Hi all, hope you can help me.
I recently purchased some LVT flooring for our extension. I received the item and our builder has started to fit, the flooring doesn’t really fit very well or nicely so we no longer want to continue with the flooring. I have an amount of unopened packs of the flooring which I wish to return but the company want to charge me 20% restocking fee, can they do this? I received the flooring last Friday 25th June.
