What is best option to do

Good morning,
On 20 June 2020 I began a new claim for New Style ESA.
as of 19 June 2021 I had all my payments for the year a I should; on 2 July 2021 I only had £10.68.
I was told by person on phone provided I had a Fit Note I should still get ESA till a decision is made, I think this person is wrong who said this as another couple of days said no I should only have got till 19 June 2021 as I have not had a decision on my claim.
A Face to Face finally done on 17 June 2021 despite asking where my situation was with them in March to be exact 24 March 2021 I was told escalation would be made on my claim and my arrears were promised to me; however as of July 2021 it would seem these notes were never recorded that this phone call took place - I have asked them to listen to this phone call made on 24 March 2021 is this the right way to go forward?
I am severely deaf and did not even hear the professional at the assessment without my hearing aids, do they have to record that element or can they refuse to comment on that observation in my report.
I get PIP enhanced both elements I realise no impact on that but did mention on my ESA 50 entitlement to PIP ec.
I guess I'm over thinking that was not given the promise kept in March that escalation would be made and never was; but can they refuse to listen to the phone call?
I have to revert now to unfortunately UC and as my ESA is normally on a Friday I will miss full £149.40 on 2 July, 16 July and 31 July unless the make decision then so £240 instead of £448 is a big difference.
Thanks

New style ESA is only payable for 52 weeks unless you are put in the Support Group - which you obviously haven't been because you haven't had an assessment yet. There are a lot of claimants in your situation but government have refused to extend the 52 week limit.
When you get the WCA decision, if you are put in the Support Group, your ESA should be reinstated and arrears paid. You will of course also be entitled to the LCWRA element of UC if put in the Support Group/LCWRA.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
