DSr relating to furniture

Hi all, i returned a piece of furniture, I paid for the return… no problem. However, they won’t refund my outgoing postage because they say it was an ‘unwanted item’. 

Is this correct?

    Distance Selling Regulations/DSR have been replaced. 

    They should refund the standard delivery cost but don't have to refund any additional paid for express delivery etc.
