Vanguard DD administration failures

Anyone get this email:

Important Notification Vanguard Direct Debit

Dear Investor, We are writing to inform you that, due to an administrative issue, we were unable to collect your regular payment(s) from your bank account on Wednesday 1 July 2021. Rest assured, any orders linked to your regular payment(s) have been placed successfully on your Vanguard account(s) and will go through as normal. Please note that we will attempt to collect your regular direct debit on Monday 5 July 2021 instead. There is no action required on your part and we apologise for any inconvenience caused

Yes, I had this too.  My direct debit to Vanguard leaves on the 1st of each month so I found it odd when it didn't go through today and wasn't showing as pending for tomorrow.  Glad to hear I'm not alone.

Same as me - due to leave on the first and didn't.

I had something like this happen with Vanguard last year. 
DD set up but did not work, it took them about 4 weeks to sort it out and set up a new DD.
Works ok now, fingers crossed.

Not everyone has been affected, my OH's DD to the Vanguard SIPP has gone through as usual.

I've had issues with debit card payments a few times. Where the payment hasn't taken but still has order waiting to be paid on system.

Same here, hadn’t got the error email and the money has left my account as usual
