Ease of opening Starling business account relative to Tide

I'm not usually one to bother either praising or ranting on here, and had simply decided to delete the Tide app from my phone and forget them, but as they just emailed me and asked me to fill in a feedback form I thought I'd share the contents with you all
.
Ludicrous service. After applying yesterday I got a phone call this morning implying I was at fault for not submitting ID/selfie, but I later found an email from yourselves which must have arrived at exactly the same time confirming that the ID/selfie I had updated weren't suitable.
I resubmitted them 4 times, and kept getting the stock reply to make sure the corners were included, it was not blurred and I was not using flash - none of things applied on any occasion. I offered to email a higher resolution scan of my ID but that was ignored.
Finally, having had enough of this I replied to the last message telling you to cancel my application, and I get a reply saying that you are rejecting me for not showing evidence of trade, when I did the one thing you said was preferable which was provide the URL of website.
It's just taken me 10 minutes to open a business account with Starling. I shall make sure that everyone knows about my differing experience of the two events.

Just to offer a counterpoint to this I opened an account with Tide recently and also used their company formation service. I applied on the Saturday and both company were formed and account was open by the Tuesday.I've had no issues here.0
