  • I bought some twiglets for christmas eating and I won't bother again. They are nothing like the twiglets I had as a child. They were thin like twigs and had a very strong marmite tast and you could suck them for ages.
The ones this year are the wrong texture and hardly taste of marmite at all.
I made the OH eat one to taste test and he thought exactly the same.
    Bring back original twiglets.

I occasionally get a dodgy pack but it is only occasionally. To me, they generally are the same as Ive always had (Im 36)
    :hello:
  • I got a packet of them right here (original ones), and everyone's been eating them like they've gone out of fashion! Dog included.

Btw 2 for £1 at Poundland for the original ones, 150g bags

The proper and originals are not good -who wants marmite flavour when worcester sauce is available! Tangy Twiglets ruled... and should rule again!
What about vodka flavoured ones? Or borscht flavoured? Or lasagne flavoured?

These food companies have practically no imagination whatsoever...

Up till now I've always believed in you Martin. This has completely thrown me. Marmite is king!
Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.
  • I completely agree with Martin & the fellow savers that the ONLY Twiglet worth having is a Tangy Worcester Sauce Twiglet!!! IMO the are the finest snack to be ever produced, they were also a chunk healthier than any crisp due to being baked!!! I beg you Martin, please use the media influence (TV or Rad 2 or whatever!!) to get the word out!!!

    PLEASE!!!!
  • Just been to my local Asda in Aberdeen and guess what's on the shelf?!?!? Tangy Twiglets!!! They say Limited Edition so we need to get Jacobs to make them permanent. Just opened bag, tried one and it's heaven!!! :j
  • I saw these in Morrisons a few weeks ago, and thought brilliant they are back. I went in yesterday to buy some and they don't seem to be stocked now, I was really disappointed.

I have browsed the websites, only to find waitrose stocking them now, fingers crossed they will have them in stock in the local store.

superb to find good things making a come back, but more stock is needed. :D
