Its only possible with some insurers and not many offer it online (from anecdotal evidence - never done any research into it)

It's one of the standard questions on most online comparison sites so I don't think it's unusual

If you had a British Airways (BA) flight or holiday disrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic, check if you've got an old voucher as millions of pounds' worth are still unclaimed.
