Airline voucher refunds - difference in amount offered to the value of the voucher

Please direct me to an appropriate thread if this has already been covered elsewhere. I have a voucher for Olympic airlines that I won't be able to use. That's fine, as they are offering a refund, however the voucher is for €175, but they are only offering me €158. Does anyone know why, and can I obtain the full refund?
I wondered if it was to do with taxes, but presumably as the flight didn't take place, they didn't pay any taxes.

what was your original flight price?
Olympic were offering a refund for the fare or a voucher which was for an additional 10%, that additional 10% would not apply for cash refund

Thank you - you are right. I hadn't even thought to go back and look at the original ticket price, I had made an assumption that the voucher was for the same amount. I didn't realise that it included a "bonus". Mystery solved!0
