Condition 1 is basically whoop-de-doo. Straight out the box. Bob-on perfect.

Who would expect a 90yo house to be that?

Glazing in doors has to be toughened safety glass... when it's installed now. It didn't used to have to be. So long as your children aren't throwing each other through the glazing, it should be perfectly safe.
One of mine did exactly that and had to be stitched up under general anaesthetic. It was the only thing in our survey we wished we had done something about. Many other things are still on the 'to do' list 20 years on....

They're fine provided one sibling doesn't slam it as another is following behind; not as if the resentment lingers after 35 years.

OP your report is fine and the surveyor has said what to do to fix things over time.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

I've recently brought a 1930s terrace house and like you had a lot of 2s (and a few 3s). All I came in here to say was my roof was rated as a 2 and I, like you, took that to mean nothing major aside from 'maintenance' needed doing, and the written text didn't suggest otherwise however I'm facing about 4k worth of work to my roof, having been in less than 3 months. So, just make sure you have understood the survey fully and that they surveyor didn't make any statements such as 'but I couldn't fully assess XX because of XX reason and therefore unless fully inspected the buyer may face additional costs', or words to that effect.
