Equate plus ( Asda sharesave residue )

Hi!
Would anybody please be kind enough to give me help, advice or give any suggestions please ..
I have ended my 3 Asda Sharesave plans with Equate plus ( due to new bosses taking over Asda and no longer letting colleagues take part ) I choose to buy and keep my shares and transfer them to a broker account I've had for years..
The residue from my shares Equate plus transferred to a closed bank account I had recorded with them , the bank have said they would of bounced it back to them.. however I have contacted Equate plus and they have issued me with a ticket promising to esculate it and return the money to my updated bank account recorded with them this was on the 7th June however I've not heard anything from them and when I contact them the only way possible by chat they just fob me off.. anyone else had this problem please xx

Did you transfer the bank account to somewhere else? Or did you literally just close it down?
Do you have a letter or anything proving that you closed that bank account? That might be useful to send to Equate to prove that they issued a payment to a closed account, the payment should be bouncing back into Equate’s account where the payment was made from."If you aren’t willing to own a stock for ten years, don’t even think about owning it for ten minutes” Warren Buffett

Equateplus resolved your issue? Did they return your proceeds in a timely manner? Is Equateplus customer service any good?? Thanks0
