Screen with envy

I am currently having the worst time I have EVER had with screen with envy…. I came in here to see if I could get advice from anyone about how to handle the situation.
Order placed 15th may. Still not received. I think I have sent something like 20 emails and made at least 12 phone calls to them chasing it up.
I receive endless bland apologies and then either told it got lost with courier (twice), we forgot to place replacement order, it’s out of stock, it’s on lead time (twice), we will ring you back, we will email you back with more information l, despatch dept hasn’t updated us with info we need, can’t do a refund until x amount of days after despatch etc etc.
I am literally hving palpitations with frustration and anger at the way they are being so blasé and incompetent with me. The platitudes are so insincere it is horrible. I’ve asked numerous times can I speak to a manager or how can I make a complaint and I get completely ignored.
I’m now astounded and almost in shock at how bad their service is…but can’t seem to move this forward.
Can someone tell me…is it just me or is this terrible behaviour for a company? Is there anyone I can report them to for this ? OR do I actually have to suck it up and let it go? I’ve lost my “compass” on it all…can’t work out if I’m over reacting and I just have to accept it.
Thanks for any help or guidance

2.3 All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will send you a confirmation e-mail after receiving your order and this will constitute acceptance by us. The contract between you and us will only be made when we send you this email. We will charge your chosen payment method after we accept your order. We will send a further email when your order has been dispatched.
If you received the confirmation email they've accepted your order and have 30 days to deliver unless there was an agreed time.
After the 30 days or agreed time you can either treat the contract at an end without charge or agree a new time for delivery.
If you haven't received the confirmation email you don't have a contract and so can withdraw your offer without charge.
Sadly no one to report bad service to.In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces1 -
If you paid via card. Contact bank and start a chargeback for non receipt.Life in the slow lane1

When you ordered on the 15th what was the delivery date provided?
I do think you should relax, no point getting so stressed out to feel all these palpitations, anger, frustration, loss of compass etc.
If you've sent that many emails and made that many phone calls and then come here with reactions like you quote then it might just be that getting frustrated is slowing down them resolving your position for you.1
