CP Plus Parking Charge at MOTO service station

This is basically a 'thank-you' to the team for the useful advice and information on this site.
I recently received a PCN from CP Plus, and a Google search brought me here.
After reading the Newbie thread and some similar cases to mine, I took the advice given to first contact the CEO of MOTO, email McMeikan, Ken <Ken.McMeikan@moto-way.co.uk>
My argument was that the EV charging points were busy and since a charge cycle is 45 mins, the 2 hour max (which I wasn't ware of) was soon exceeded.
The CEO was sympathetic, as he stated: "We allow 2 hours of free parking and we also aim to provide sufficient electric vehicle chargers to ensure that you have access to them when you need them."
He passed my email on to the Commercial Manager, Paul Comer, who has since responded that the PCN will be cancelled.
Thanks again for the advice, which has saved me from having to pay a £60/£100 PCN fine.

Great to hear...but we need you soon, please join us in something important!
Please do us and yourself (and the driving public) a favour and stick around on this forum every week - at least for the Summer - to ensure you see when the Government publish and open the final Technical Consultation.
We will be talking about it and the public will have about 4 weeks we think, to tell the MHCLG what you think about the level of parking charges, that the MHCLG has admirably decided already will start at £50 (50% discount) and not £100:
Outcome of 2020 Consultation (look what the public comments achieved so far):
https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/parking-code-enforcement-framework/outcome/parking-code-enforcement-framework-consultation-response
Planned Summer 2021 additional Public Consultation:
https://www.gov.uk/government/news/government-to-open-technical-consultation-on-fairer-parking-charges
It's not open yet but please keep check here to see when it is.
We need real people like you to counter the spamming that happened last time from the industry.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well done. MOTO seem to understand the problems they have with CP Plus which is Group Nexus, a two man band who they should get rid of as it will damage the MOTO business
RoadChef on the other hand appear to like the parking scam and hold customers in contempt.
Next time you travel on a motorway do avoid RoadChef and tell your friends and family, it's all down to CP Plus ..... AKA Groupo Nexus2
