Very bad customer service for Elegant Showers

Can anyone give me advice please.
My partner bought a shower enclosure from this company via Ebay at the end of February. Due to reasons we didn’t open box to check it over straight away but in April we did so it could be installed.
On assembly we found a part to be wrong so can’t be put together. My partner messaged via ebay only to be told it’s over a month nothing can be done. Then they blocked us from messaging.
I since took over and phoned the company and spoke to what was a lovely lady and she said she would sort as she thought that we could have a replacement so left it with her. After trying to call a few times (they don’t answer phone) to chase up and being promised a phone call I heard nothing, weeks have passed and I’ve tried calling over 100 times but no one answering (twice I got through only to be put on hold while they go to ask, I’m cut off but no return call). I’ve emailed the lady several times too.
I then go on website to start a chat which I did. The guy said he will leave a message for her to call me but then also tells me that the manager has said no as over one month and we can’t have replacement part. Why couldn’t she call me? I have said we would buy the part but still no call.
We just want to be able to use our shower cubicle otherwise what do we do with over £100 of shower we can’t use. Please advise me someone on what to do next.

You could try speaking to the manufacturer directly?
