The details were correct before but I just moved house and sent the electoral roll my new details but the electoral roll in NI is being completely refreshed on 1 July so it hasn't updated yet. Have I just fallen through the cracks temporarily as I have updated all my addresses with banks etc but the agencies can't match me because my address on the register is out of date? I have had both cards for nearly a decade and regularly use them.

In my experience moving house and updating the addresses on accounts often results in them disappearing from your file for a period, only to reappear later.
They'll reappear eventually.1 -
I've moved house in November and reregistered on the electoral register right away. Equifax is still missing all my financial info because they say I'm still registered at my old address. Transunion say I'm not on the electoral register at my new address. They can takes ages to sort it.1
