Sounds great, standard construction looks great and if you invest on it then after you can change as you prefer.

Looks like a newer style boiler in one of the pics and bathroom is fairly modern, too, so you might be pleasantly surprised with plumbing ... Electrics are always a concern in older properties but only an electrician can tell you how much of a concern. When we were FTB, these were not off putting things, just things to be factored in.
