Who has advised that an IVA is the best way forward? If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0 -
The SFS figures are kept secret and not published. Some of us do have access to them but in most cases the best advice is just to put down what you actually spend, and allow a bit of leeway0

Hi
Grumpelstiltskin - My personal debt is more around £35k not 25. Our joint debts are not halved as some are just my own, I've updated the SOA to show the ones that belong to me.
Fatbelly - Is there a space to add things like union fees and professional registration fees or would that come under sundries?
Thanks0 -
Professional fees are fine. As I said, you put down what you actually spend, and allow a bit of leeway0
