PCN from Northwest Parking Management - but paid for parking?!

Thanks, Land Registry indicates it's a private company, two directors (register shows unilateral notice for a contract to sell the land to another company as well). Google search doesn't bring up anything for either companies really. Address on Companies house for landowner is linked to a residential address. Is sending a letter to them worth a shot?

If you have already appealed, don't also send the template appeal.

But reply to the PPC telling them you have reported them to the BPA for refusing to consider your appeal, and that you look forward to receiving your POPLA code before the BPA start asking questions about the reason why it has not been provided.
