I was recently browsing a website and about to purchase something. Before buying I searched for a discount code for the site and found 'SALESORDER100'and used this at the checkout, it worked and discount the entire amount for the order so I didn't have to put any card details in and the order went through. I had the confirmation email and then the goods were delivered. A couple of days later I had a phone call from the company stating that they need to take payment or have the items returned.
I am just wondering if I needed to send the items back or as the items were delivered meaning the sale was accepted, do I have a right to keep the items?
