Trying to log in and seeing:
We are unable to access your Account.
For further assistance, please call the number on the back of your Card.
So I called them and it's a known (new) problem with Firefox browsers.
They are working on it but meanwhile the site works OK with Chrome.

Yes, same problem here. I just noticed it works on Chrome but not on Firefox.

I also came across this tonight. I spoke to support, they were pretty useless with this tbh. First disappointing conversation I have had with them.

What is it with these website developers? .Design a website in accordance with W3C standards, job done, no browser sniffing required other than for stats. It's not difficult.
I remember the days of IE6 and the toil required to make a full standards compliant website work properly with that piece of junk. I honestly thought those days were over.
