Also live in the South East which has a lot of DFL's now. When we went on the market last year, the Estate Agents were very aware of this and along with Right Move, have their own ways to market to them as well.We sold to a DFL - So it does work!0

I would start by letting any of them know(If you have contact details) you will be selling soon and let them put the word about.
if they are getting post redirected or collected that's another way to get in contact with more of them
Should be pretty easy to do the research to establish the high regular price/bottom of the premium range.
if you know the houses you can use the likes of RM to see if there ever was an advert through the sold data
stick your postcode/address in.
