i booked a hotel in Portugal through Alpahrooms, paying in installments. I paid the final installment on time on 13/06/21 and this has gone through on my credit card.
However, my booking still shows the final amount as outstanding. I have called their Customer Services 5 times and each time been told they have received the payment and my account would be updated within 24 hours. I've also submitted 2 request forms and emailed them twice but heard nothing.
Although my holiday isn't until September, I'm getting very worried I can't get my accommodation voucher.
Any help or advice on what i can do would be greatly appreciated.

All you can really do is keep contacting them and cross your fingers. As I understand it Alpha rooms are effectively a 4th party booking agent not known for their customer service. At least having paid by credit card you will be in a position to make a claim through your card to get a refund if it all goes wrong.1

Alpha Rooms are part of Teletext Holidays, if not the worst operator, then certainly in the top ten to be avoided. The administration following a booking is never their top priority, I would stop beating yourself up about it because it is unlikely to get you anywhere other than a nervous breakdown. In all probability, things will get sorted in their own time so leave it for a month and see if it is resolved.1
