Last week I received a letter from the tribunal court telling me I had won my PIP appeal. Does anyone know how long it will be before the payments start. I’ve not had any communication from the DWP yet. Thanks.

Like everything with DWP there's no timescales. Some wait between 2-8 weeks, others wait longer. Before payment is made DWP will contact you to ask the standard questions... have you been in hospital or prison recently.

Thankyou poppy12345. I actually had that telephone call at about 4pm today. She said it should be sorted next week.0
