Thanks Dance - those make for interesting and helpful reading.

KeithP - this is a case that has rumbling on for a while.... one for which I received a Default judgment getting on for 2 years ago and which I had successfully set aside after the advice on this forum back before Covid.

No idea regarding dates yet.... I've still yet to see a claim form, but it has been allocated again to the small claims track. I've got the SAR info. No further date or info yet from the court
