It isn't as simple as that. Apart from Malta, all are on the green watch list which means they risk moving to amber, hopefully with notice, but as we saw with Portugal, things can change quickly. Majorca has seen an outbreak in Arenal caused by an influx of Spanish students and many of them have been moved to the Hotel Bellver on the seafront in Palma which is currently the Covid hotel. Some have attempted to escape isolation and have returned to the mainland where they can spread it further but the local police are now on 24-hour watch at the hotel to prevent further breakouts. If I was choosing somewhere to go, even though I love Majorca, I wouldn't be booking right now to travel in the immediate future0
