Facebook Disabled Account

Hi
I am looking for some advice on behalf of my wife who has had her Facebook account disabled recently due to "Community Standards"
A few days ago she received an email to say someone was trying to access her account and she should go through security verification and change her password ASAP. But when she tried to do this the account had already become disabled and the page gave her the option to Review it which can take up to 30 days.
The strange thing is when she tried to create a new FB account with a new email address to see if she can contact friends, Facebook automatically disabled the new account also as if it blocking all accounts from the same IP Address.
The frustrating thing is there is no way to contact Facebook other than submitting a Review which takes 30 days. She also has a Facebook hobby page linked to her personal account which appears to be still active and as she had paid FB for ads on that page for promotion , she is still getting charged for it despite not able to access her personal account.
Is there any other way to contact Facebook to try and find out what happened to her personal account?
Someone must have compromised her account as there is no other way she has done anything to cause this issue.
Thanks

Same thing has happened to me, I created an account some time ago, added a few music video links from Youtube, added lots of friends in short time (facebook recommendations) today I find account is disabled.
I did put in mobile number and they sent me the code to confirm its me, now they want user id like a driver licence, but seems like too many hoops to jump through just to have access to facebook. Truth is I probably don't trust them with any personal information.1 -

Can you confirm she did not click on any links in that email to access her account.1
