Sutton's Perenial plant deal

Same as everyone else-sick of waiting- I placed 3 orders for me and family-keep emailing with estimated delivery dates which shift.  Now talking 16/7/21 when I phoned up- spoke to Katie- very nice............but despite complaining would not compensate me for inconvenience! 
They have had £63 since April.
Their system duplicated that charge initially and I had to chase refund of the ovecharged £60 +several times.
They blame a massive stock failure.....well all my plants have been successful and I'm an amateur!
They don't respond to emails - but manage to send me one every day promoting their products.
This is the worst customer service I have ever had - well maybe Sky during lockdown is another contender.
I have told them I will bounce back any mailings if they don't remove me from their lists, have cancelled the orders as it'll be too late for growth before Autumn I suspect by the time they come - sorry IF they do!
Finally - refund will take 7-10 days !!!!......28/4/21 - to 8/7/21 they have had my money - I wonder if the refund will go well or will I have to chase that?  I'll keep you posted (pardon the pun.  
Apologies for ranting- MSE is brilliant...but Suttons are rubbish.
