Avro customer support non existent

I have been waiting for 5 days without a reply and wish to transfer my supply to the new house i am moving to but unable to get any reply from them. Their phone lines just keep saying no one is available and cut you off.

I went to them as they were recommended but my experience has shown pay a little extra for the better service. 

Does anyone have an idea how to contact them successfully?

You can’t transfer a supplier between houses. Your new house already has a supplier who you must sign up with when you take possession.  After that's done you can switch to any supplier of your choosing. Your Avro account at your existing house will be closed with the final readings you provide.

Read and photograph all readings on all meters at both properties on last/first day of occupation.

Good advice, but it's ownership / tenancy, which is not necessarily occupation if there's an overlap.  Don't forget the water meter.

Never rely on anyone taking a reading on your behalf, insist on doing it yourself.
