After taking advice off here i've spoken to love holidays again to give them another chance to repay my flight money.but again they said nothing they can do.So been to a few solicitor's for a action before letter and none was willing to do one because they said that £1178.00 wasn't enough to pursue.i explained that i didn't want then to get involved and just wanted them to write a letter but again they said no.back to square one again not knowing what to do or who to try next.any help would be appreciated thanks.

Here are some links to free templates for letters that you can send yourself.

loveholidays won’t accept letters from Resolver - but you can find useful information about your rights and template letters on the Resolver website.

Just send the letter you asked the solicitor to send.0 -
Are you sure you're entitled to a refund? There's different types of packages, and only some entitle you to a refund of flights in the circumstances you've described previously.
It'd be a shame to waste more money chasing something you'll never get - so best checking!0
