Trying to download MP3 to disc

Sixth Anniversary First Post Combo Breaker

It has been so long since I done a you tube to convert a song to a disc, I need it for a funeral and was wondering if someone could kindly tell me how it's done again.
I did convert to file but for some reason it's not putting song on disc although it states it has been completed

    Which burning software are you using? I assume you've converted the Youtube file to mp3 then tried to burn it to cd.

    My preference is AnyBurn software.

    Windows sometimes writes to an area of HDD instead of the target disk, for some weird reason.

    Not particularly targeted help, but I suspect it is the target tht is wrongly selected.

    Don't forget to 'create an audio CD' rather than just burn the .mp3 to CD.

    Does the player at the funeral have a USB socket?

    It might be simpler to put the song on a USB stick.

    have been caught out a couple of times make sure settings have finalise cd set to on when burning or the cd will only work on the machine it was burned to.
