1) There is one prize of a UK break to be won. This prize is for two people and includes:

a) An allowance of £100 per person (£200 total) towards UK travel costs made payable to the winner in the form of a BACS transfer;
b) Five (5) nights’ hotel accommodation for two in prize winner’s chosen location (from available locations listed below) with a four-star rating, based on sharing a double or twin room with a sea view;
c) Daily Full English/continental breakfast for two at the hotel; and
d) £1,000 spending money for the prize winner only.

2) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations e-mail from Element and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

3) The prize winner can choose from one of the following UK locations: Southend, Great Yarmouth, Brighton, St Ives and Blackpool.

4) The prize must be taken and completed by 15th December 2022 and cannot be taken over Christmas and New Year (19th December 2021 to 4th January 2022) or during any UK Bank Holidays (30th August 2021; 15th April to 18th April 2022; 2nd May 2022; 2nd and 3rd June 2022; 29th August 2022). The prize and its components are subject to availability and COVID-19 restrictions.

5) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the accommodation. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check into the accommodation for security deposit purposes.

6) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines

7) The prize excludes transfers between the winner’s home and the train station/airport, additional meals, drinks, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

8) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. Neither Channel 5 nor Element will accept responsibility for the accommodation or any facilities being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

9) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

10) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

11) Any additional charges or expenses due to COVID-19 which could include but are not limited to quarantine hotels, COVID passports (should they become a requirement), COVID tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

12) A cheque or BACS transfer for the spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.
13) An allowance towards UK travel costs will be provided to the winner only. The allowance is calculated at a set maximum of £100 per guest and will be made payable to the winner at the time of accommodation booking by the prize provider as a BACS transfer. Their travel allowance will be paid to the winner up to a maximum of 2 guests/£200. Neither Channel 5 nor the prize provider are responsible for organising travel arrangements for this prize, it will be the prize winner’s responsibility to organise this appropriately throughout their stay unless otherwise stated.

14) The Prize Provider of the UK seaside break is Element London Limited, 5 Morie Street, London SW18 1SL.
