Indesit Oven - Rejection Advice Needed!

Evening all,
Hope you are well.
I bought an oven in March 2019 that had its element go after 10 months. All repaired under warranty no problem,...another 11 months pass and the same fault arises, this time they replaced additional parts to hopefully get to the root of the problem but the warranty was a little more difficult this time round as it was over 12 months, but
I got there in the end.
Now today, the fault has come back and I could just replace the element, but surely there is something fundamentally wrong with it? The out of warranty service for the Hotpoint / Indesit brand is an absolute nightmare, as they’ll only book an engineer if you pay a fee (which I do get as I could be trying to pull a fast one) - At which point they say if the fault is found to be the same, they’ll refund,...what they don’t tell you is it’s via another company and it’s absolutely like pulling teeth as they just fob you off and tell you to ring the other team.
My question is, where do I stand? There is clearly something wrong with this oven.
Thanks in advance.
Paul

Just to play devils advocate, how do you know it's the oven that is at fault, and not an electrical wiring issue or supply issue spiking causing the element to break?
As with all these issues, the ultimate resolution is with the retailer, following https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/consumer-rights-refunds-exchange/1 -
Thanks for the swift response CoolHotCold.
Absolutely right re: wiring which is why we got the circuit tested the second time it went and all came back ok. I can’t comment on power spikes as I’m not an electrician, but everything in else in the house is ok, and there is an Indesit microwave oven (bought at same time) which is on the same circuit and that has behaved flawlessly. I will have a read through that link and see what AO.com have to say,...although my experience with them hasn’t always been great.0 -

It's an electrical heating element, not a delicate bit of electronics. It should be virtually bomb-proof.
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0
