    I take it no other structural alterations were required?

    How many more years of use do you expect to get from your conservatory now its tiled?

    Local Building Control insisted on a load test to confirm original structure strong enough. Successful so no alterations required.
    Tiled for 3 years now and no problems as yet. We can now use conservatory year-round as warmer in winter and cooler in summer.
