Easyjet refund query

I have a return flight to Iceland booked for next week. My outward journey has been cancelled by Easyjet and they have put me on a new flight the next day, however this is unsuitable as I'm on an organised tour which starts on the day of my original flight. If I apply for a refund will this request only apply to the outbound flight or both flights? The form on Easyjet's website doesn't allow you to specify and I can't get through to them on the phone or find any further information on their website.

If the flights are under the same booking reference number, then you should not have a problem rejecting the change and applying for a full refund on both flights.0

If your flight is cancelled
You have the legal right to either:
- a full refund - including other flights from the airline that you won’t use in the same booking such as onward or return flights
- a replacement flight to get you to your destination
You also have a legal right to:
- help with costs - if the cancellation delays you 2 or more hours
- compensation - if you’d be delayed 2 or more hours by the replacement flight offered and you were given less than 2 weeks' notice

This should be possible, but you may have to call to get it, as I did with a flight last year with another airline (the outbound was cancelled about 3 weeks before the inbound before we knew restrictions would last going far into the summer).
Full contact details are here💙💛 💔0 -
If you do it online it will apply to both
The Refund Request Form states "Once the online refund request is processed, it will be applied to all flights on the booking, excluding any flights that have already been flown."
There should be no issue keeping the return flight if you contact them by phone.0 -
Thanks all I will keep trying them by phone, I didn't want to accidentally cancel my flight home as well so glad I got some advice beforehand!0
