Consent order application with documentation

Options
Anyone got experience on of their consent order made between parties rejected by the court following a divorce /financial remedy? These are the figures (I’m the applicant) does this seem fair?

(Also to note in the consent order itself it says I’m responsible for all the mortgage payment also)

Thanks appreciate anyone input x

Was it rejected because of the Respondent's pension valuation? How long were you married for?

ETA… perhaps you could clarify if this is to be sent off OR has it been rejected?

    Happy moneysaving all.

OK, the form isn't very clear - I take it neither of you have solicitors.

7(a) if the total net equity is £11,270 just put £5,630 in the box for each of you. I assume you mean Net OF mortgage, not net mortgage as written)
7 (b) and (d) just put the net figures. Take out all the stuff about cars or car finances or other assets. Just the numbers
8 - child maintenance is not income belonging to the children, it's part of the income of the parent who receives it. Income for the children would be if they were beneficiaries under trust funds and had income of their own.

So if they live with you, then your income should go down as as £2041.64, and the children's income as £0

However, no one can say why it has been rejected as you haven't told us what the actual proposed order says.

The form should show what the figures are now, not what they will be after the order is implemented, so - what does the order say?

Is the house being transferred to you? IF so, are you paying anything as a lump sum?
Is the pension being split? if not, why not? If so, in what proportions?
