Thanks OP for your post - not the answer you want to hear in terms of getting your money back for the accommodation but hopefully others will read and avoid making bookings that are non- refundable whist the international travel situation is so changeable. Hope you get a holiday soon (with your EasyJet flights.)
Our hosts policy is a 50% refund if you cancel after 24 hours of booking. Unfortunately we weren’t made aware of these restrictions until the following day (past 24 hours)
Do you mean the terms & conditions were not available for you to read until after the contract was agreed? If so, I don’t see how that could be legal, or enforceable.

Hello! No I mean the restrictions weren’t updated on the government website, not the t&c’s

A google search before confirming the booking would have highlighted the changes. Anybody travelling internationally should be aware of the risks by now and protect themselves against financial loss.
