How long after Mandatory Reconsideration for payment?

I am claiming Universal Credit.
I started a rti dispute and after 2 months I received a letter in my journal this morning saying they had changed their original decision and I was entitled to £800 more than I received.
it said I would receive confirmation of this payment in my journal.

Any idea how long now I should wait for the payment ?

Once payment has been sent it can take 3 - 5 working days to be paid into your bank.

Thankyou I don’t think it’s been sent yet as I have only received the MR decision letter so far.

They will need to recalculate the statement in question before paying you what is owed.

I would suggest writing a polite note on your journal (under payment) to inquire when you might receive the payment. This will prompt the case manager to make the payment, if they have not done so already (sometimes a decision maker will make the decision but fail to notify the CM to actually make the payment).

When does your current assessment period end as they will probably respond around that time, as case managers don't always respond to journals until the aseesment period has ended or until payment due date.

My Assesment period ended last Friday.
The payments I’m receiving are from feb /March payments.
I’ve already been waiting since March for these payments so I hope he responds before the end of July.
I think it’s ridiculous considering the MR has been done, all it needs is for the case manager to sort the payment
