both of these conditions are very grey areas that lots of people use as excuses for trying to get on disability benefits etc.
Its unlikely a GP/OChealth will sign them off to be medically retired with pseudo conditions like this.
He mostly likely needs to loose weight, eat better, get on correct medication.....
How old are they? How long have they worked for the employer? There must be backroom/sit down jobs they can do instead0 -

Option 2 is always the better option for the employee and most costly to the employer.....I would pick two...but even then they cant agree to you being sacked, so it's hassle for them to drag it out then dismiss, but option 2 is better.0
