MCOL Orignal claim £2500 Now £10000

Received a MCOL from LL for £2500 for non payment of rent. Counterclaim as without boiler for 3 months for £3K. County Court Judgement without calling me not for original amount or taken into account my counterclaim ; but has agreed to the claim upto and including June for £10K . My question is how to get judgement set aside so that I can have my say. It cost me £250 to put in counter; but my old number was used by LL. Also if original MCOL was for a certaim amount can it be changed by the court for substantially more than ask for. Whilst I accept 8 months rent is more than my claim over winter for no heating/ hot water for 3 months . The original MCOL is different from award.
