S75 claim rejected after scammed by Treadmillsdirect website

Dear Forum, I have been scammed by a website which claimed to sell treadmills to some of the big names in fitness such as David Lloyd. On the 19th April I spent £512. 99 and I got a confirmation of order e-mail but nothing after that. The website and order confirmation looked genuine to me. After I chassed the order and got not reply and the helpline number did not work, I saw that others had also fallen prey to this website on reading Trustpilot. The warning messages from other buyers only started on the day I made my transaction and so I was not prewarned. I reported the scam to Santander who sent me forms and a Mastercard charge back was processed but rejected. I thought I had filled in a form for a s75. I then sent them a s75 letter based on the Which template. They have rejected the S75 saying that the transaction on my statement was in the name of Rapyd and not Treadmillsdirect Ltd. They say the debtor creditor supply chain is broken. They have passed me to their chargeback dept who have sent me forms to complete...this makes no sense as they have already rejected a chargeback.
As this was a scam am I not protected against such fraud from having used my credit card?
When I entered into the transaction I was not aware I was making a contract with anyone other than Treadmillsdirect. I did not knowingly make a contract with Rapyd.
Also one of the other people scammed says their bank has refunded straight away.
I am preparing a complaint of unfair treatment to take this further, can anyone give me examples of S75 refunds in similar circumstances please?
Thank you so much

Sorry, I'm a bit of a newbie. I'll repost to consumer rights.0
