black mould is often caused by condensation. but it sounds as if you have tried hard to ventilate the property.

re court documents as posted above - any judge will read that and think "where are the receipts ?" (LL MAY be "arranging them" retrospectively)

and why on earth is the LL not counterclaiming for £763 if LL Genuinely thinks he is entitled to it ???

Thanks for this Clutton. As mentioned earlier, I contacted my LandLord through my neighbours..as the Letting agent was not doing anything abt the mould issues. The LL visited the property when I went on holiday…but, nothing was done. They kept saying repeatedly that the windows should be kept open. If I want to provide my neighbours statement with regard to this, I wonder if they will come in person to the court. In that case, will a letter from them be enough as a supporting document? What kind of proof/evidence should I produce?
    Kindly advise.

    Hi,
The dispute was recieved by Northern Ireland court on 24 mar and the staus of the case shows as Transfer (Civil) case. I havent heard anything from NI courts.
Kindly let me know, what will happen next? I would like to send supporting documents for my case. Should I do so, only after getting a hearing date from the court?
I am trying to look for info on the court proceedings with small claims. Pls could you direct me where I can find these info?

    Many thanks
