Plus Canvas not delivering order

Has anyone heard of the company Plus Canvas? I ordered a print and it hasn't arrived and they only have an email for contact which they haven't responded to (I know I know 🙄).
Any idea what I can do?

Have you tried commenting on their Instagram page - I can see someone is asking where their order is. There's also a Turkish number on their Instagram page +90 212 220 3010 and an email destek@pluscanvas.com (as well as the support@pluscanvas.com email)."Think of many things, do one"

No bricks and mortar address, dodgy English scattered all across the site and the T&Cs have "all rights reserved" in Turkish at the bottom. So no consumer rights (effectively), chargeback looks like the only option.
