1)The prize comprises a three (3) night Majestic Line cruise in Scotland for two (2) people including;

1. An allowance of £200 towards UK travel costs made payable to the winner in the form of a BACS transfer.
2. Three (3) nights Taste of the Hebrides cruise with Majestic Line departing from and returning to Oban sharing an en-suite cabin configured to a double or twin formation.
3. Daily breakfast, lunch and an evening meal on board from set menus.
4. Complimentary wine will be served with the evening meal
5. Teas, coffees, soft drinks, fruit and snacks are available all day.
6. Two complimentary shore excursions whilst on the cruise

2)Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, the winning individual must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the cruise. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the cruise for security deposit purposes.

3)The cruise will begin at 4pm on a Saturday or Tuesday from Oban and disembark on a Tuesday or Friday at 11am in Oban.

4)The prize is available on specific dates and the winner will have a choice of one of the following dates;

• 6th to 9th September 2022
• 11th to the 14th October 2022
• 9th to the 12th May 2023
• 6th to 9th June 2023
• 4th to 7th July 2023

5)The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions.

6)Booking is subject to availability.

7)A cheque or bank transfer for the travel costs included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed

8)The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

9)Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the cruise or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

10)Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

11)If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, all winners affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

12)Any additional charges or expenses due to COVID-19 which could include but are not limited to  quarantine hotels, COVID passports (should they become a requirement), COVID tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

13)There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

14)An allowance towards UK travel costs will be provided to the winner only. The allowance is calculated at a set maximum of £100 per guest and will be made payable to the winner at the time of accommodation booking by the prize provider as a BACs transfer. This travel allowance will be paid to the winner up to a maximum of 2 guests / £200.  Neither Channel 5 nor the prize provider are responsible for organising travel arrangements for this prize, it will be the winners responsibility to organise this appropriately throughout their stay unless otherwise stated.
